Manual processes caused delays and inconsistencies, limiting insights into revenue, churn, and subscription trends. The roadmap focused on automating ingestion, cleaning and transforming raw data, and surfacing KPIs through scalable dashboards empowering teams with the clarity needed to drive strategic decisions as the business expands.

Execution Approach

Modern Data Stack for Scalable Retail Insights

To streamline operations and support company-wide visibility, we built a modular data pipeline leveraging GCP services. Cloud Run jobs automated ingestion from systems like Shopify, HR tools, and shipping APIs.

Dataform was used to model clean, production-ready datasets, which were stored in BigQuery with partitioning to optimize query cost.

Finally, we developed interactive Looker Studio dashboards tailored for marketing, operations, and leadership teams—enabling real-time insights into customer trends, revenue, subscriptions, and fulfillment efficiency.
