To streamline operations and support company-wide visibility, we built a modular data pipeline leveraging GCP services. Cloud Run jobs automated ingestion from systems like Shopify, HR tools, and shipping APIs.
Dataform was used to model clean, production-ready datasets, which were stored in BigQuery with partitioning to optimize query cost.
Finally, we developed interactive Looker Studio dashboards tailored for marketing, operations, and leadership teams—enabling real-time insights into customer trends, revenue, subscriptions, and fulfillment efficiency.
