End-to-End Automated Billing & Claims Management Solution using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

The existing billing and claims processes were analyzed to identify gaps in handling complex, multi-level scenarios. Based on these findings, a customized billing solution was developed within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL, including tailored modules and data structures for patient and insurance workflows.

Automation was introduced through billing and claims processing engines to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency. Workflow-based validations were also implemented to ensure accuracy, compliance, and better tracking across all billing stages.

Data migration was executed using structured configuration packages with built-in validation, ensuring data integrity and enabling a smooth transition to the new system.
