Execution Approach

Scalable Automation for Accurate Payroll and Performance Tracking

To streamline payroll processing and enhance store performance tracking, we built automated ETL pipelines using DBT, GCP, and AWS services, ensuring reliable data integration and transformation. Sales and timecard data were securely connected to BigQuery through SFTP and AWS Lambda for real-time updates.

Payroll and bonus calculations were implemented using Stored Procedures and Cloud Functions, reducing errors and automating complex incentive logic.

Power BI dashboards were developed to provide stakeholders with clear, actionable insights into store KPIs and payroll metrics. This scalable solution improved accuracy, efficiency, and transparency across multiple locations and teams.
