To support real-time decision-making and streamline property acquisition, we built end-to-end data pipelines using Google Cloud’s BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Compute Engine. These pipelines automated the ingestion, processing, and enrichment of property data from external sources.

Automated Data Infrastructure for Scalable Property Acquisition Operations

To support real-time decision-making and streamline property acquisition, we built end-to-end data pipelines using Google Cloud’s BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Compute Engine. These pipelines automated the ingestion, processing, and enrichment of property data from external sources.
We integrated APIs from Landvision, DirectSkip, and FollowUpBoss to automate outreach and follow-up activities with property owners. Webhooks were deployed to capture real-time updates on sales status and sync them directly into the data warehouse.
Finally, a dynamic Looker Studio dashboard was developed, providing the sales and investor teams with live visibility into acquisition funnels, owner engagement, and performance KPIs.
